Peptide therapy utilizes natural, effective, and non-invasive supplements to decrease inflammation, help with healing, promote weight loss, etc.

The therapy is extremely helpful for hair growth, wound healing, anti-aging, and more. It assists in your overall health and wellness and is an effective addition to your health plan. We are happy to offer this customizable therapy at our clinic.

What is peptide therapy?

In definition, peptides are made up of amino acids. They are essentially pieces of proteins that naturally occur in the body. Sometimes, the body may not make enough of a certain peptide that is needed.

Because of this, peptide therapy surfaced to help with a variety of conditions, enhancing performance in the body and influencing the hormonal system. Peptide therapy can be administered via injections, capsules, topical cream, or inhalation.

At our clinic, we administer peptides via injections. Peptides are not hormone therapy, but they can be used alongside hormone therapy. Peptides are a key factor in cell signaling and function and are important for research and certain physical therapies.

What peptides do?

Peptides are naturally occurring strands of amino acids, containing up to fifty amino acid residues. When peptide injections are administered, they do many things within the body, such as regulating metabolism, immunosuppressant production, and acting as chemical messengers. In short, peptides provide a wide range of health benefits.

In addition, because peptides often have limited side effects, they are a popular alternative to many prescriptions that may achieve the same thing. Peptide injections are popular for:

  • mind function;
  • cartilage regeneration;
  • osteoarthritis treatment;
  • aiding in sleep;
  • anti-aging;
  • burning body fat and weight loss;
  • increasing lean muscle mass;
  • decreasing cholesterol;
  • eliminating fatigue;
  • wound healing;
  • addiction treatment;
  • treating joint pain;
  • increasing athletic performance;
  • tissue repair;
  • reducing the risk of blood clots;
  • muscle and nerve regeneration;
  • increased growth hormone;
  • protecting the lining of the stomach;
  • decreasing leaky gut;
  • treating IBS and Crohn’s disease;
  • skin rejuvenation;
  • sperm production and fertility;
  • reducing telomere shortening;
  • increasing sex drive;
  • treatment for traumatic brain injury;
  • anxiety reduction;
  • PTSD relief;
  • detox from heavy metals and mold;

and more.

Are peptides right for you?

If you are considering peptide therapy, we invite you to schedule a free consultation with one of our doctors. After listening to your specific needs and personal health goals, our specialists will be able to determine the right peptide therapy for you.

What peptides do we use?

We are happy to offer a number of different peptide packages to treat a number of disorders. So you can select between the treatments like:

  • anti-aging and skincare;
  • anti-depressant and anti-anxiety;
  • body healing and anti-inflammation;
  • immunity improvement;
  • muscle mass building;
  • sexual health;
  • sleep quality.

Every package consists of some helpful peptides and vitamins (for instance, we combine peptides with NAD+ IV Therapy within the package for treating depression). Other types of peptides we use are such as:

Sermorelin

Sermorelin is another powerful HGH peptide used to help augment growth hormone production. Sermorelin is a growth hormone peptide, but it works differently in the body (stimulates GHRH instead of ghrelin) to accomplish the same thing – stimulating growth hormone release from the pituitary gland.

Thymosin Alpha

Thymosin alpha 1 is a peptide naturally occurring in the thymus that has long been recognized for modifying, enhancing, and restoring immune function. Thymosin alpha 1 has been utilized in the treatment of immunocompromised states and malignancies, as an enhancer of vaccine response, and as a means of curbing morbidity and mortality in sepsis and numerous infections.

Thymosin Beta 4

Thymosin-β4 is a small, actin-sequestering protein belonging to the thymosin-β family that is found at high concentrations within the spleen, thymus, and peritoneal macrophages, where it is most notably responsible for the organization of cytoskeletal structure. Commonly found in significant quantities within the brain, lungs, liver, kidneys, testes, and heart, Thymosin-β4 has also been shown to be synthesized by cells unrelated to the reticuloendothelial system.

Selank

The peptide Selank has been labeled as an “anti-anxiety” peptide and has also shown improvement in learning, memory, cognition, depression, weakness, and overall energy. Selank belongs to a class of molecules called synthetic peptides. Selank was made by combining the sequence of a peptide called tuftsin with another sequence that improves its molecular stability. Tuftsin is a peptide closely related to immune function.
